Paul Makin Breeding stock dispersal special: Goffs

This years November breeding stock sale at Goffs received a huge boost to its already impressive line up of breeding stock. Paul Makin an Australian millionaire has decided to disperse his entire breeding empire. Makin has stated that the decision came because "it was the right time to sell". He stated Goffs had been chosen as all his stock which includes Mares, Foals, Yearlings and horses in training were all based at studs around Ireland.

As a 3yo she registered one success when winning the Group 3 Temple Stakes and was 2nd in the Group 1 Kings Stand stakes. She returned better than ever at 5 becoming champion sprinter in Europe when winning the Group 1 Darley July Cup. She was placed in the Group 1 Haydock Sprint and Kings Stand Stakes. Fleeting Spirit is a half sister to Listed Knockaire stakes winner Alone He Stands. They are out of Millenium Tale an unraced daughter of Group 3 Phoenix sprint winner The Bean Sidhe. Last Year saw one of the most highest priced yearlings in Hydrogen a son of Galileo who sold for £2,500,000. Funsie has a yearling brother and filly foal full sister.
